Mikeska's is proud to introduce the addition of new bakery products, including the homemade bread, to our restaurant.
Pictured here is a recently purchased state-of-the-art "Oliver" Bread Slicer! The Oliver Slicer has many blades that precisely cut the loaves, and provides a system to help package the bread once it is sliced. The homemade bread and bakery items are quite a production at Mikeska's! Everyone is involved in the joyful challenge of making the perfect loaf!
