Mikeska catering had the privilege of catering on the USS Lexington in Corpus Christi Texas on July 4, 2001. The meal was served on the flight deck. Our vans were put on the same elevators they used for aircraft and then raised so we could drive right on the carrier. This is our third year catering the event. This year we prepared brisket, sausage, and all the trimmings for 800 guests.
